In Kherson, a Russian drone attack targeted a civilian vehicle, resulting in two fatalities. Additionally, Russian artillery struck the village of Rozlyv in Bilozerka community, injuring a woman.
As reported by Ukrinform, the Kherson Regional Military Administration (RMA) confirmed the attacks.
“Around 16:30, the Russian forces attacked a vehicle in Kherson’s Dniprovskyi district with a drone,” the statement said.
Due to the explosives dropped on the vehicle, two people sustained fatal injuries — a 58-year-old woman and a 62-year-old paramedic who was driving the car on personal matters.
In addition to the drone strike, the Russian forces shelled the village of Rozlyv with artillery fire. A 51-year-old woman suffered explosive trauma and a concussion when a shell struck her residential home. Emergency medical personnel provided on-site assistance.
As reported by Kherson RMA, on February 13, a 57-year-old woman from Komyshany sought medical attention after being injured in a previous Russian shelling. She sustained blast injuries, a concussion, and a hypertensive crisis. She received necessary treatment and will continue her recovery on an outpatient basis.
The number of wounded in February 10 attack also increased — a 35-year-old man was hospitalized after a Russian drone attack in Kherson, which targeted a civilian car. He suffered blast injuries and a concussion and remains under medical supervision.
According to the Kherson Regional Prosecutor’s Office, over 20 civilian buildings were damaged throughout the day, including private homes, apartment buildings, and vehicles.
“On February 13, 2025, the Russian forces launched over 30 attacks on Kherson region, using artillery and FPV drones,” the statement said.
As reported by Ukrinform, on the previous day, the Russian troops attacked 37 settlements in Kherson region, killing one person and injuring eight others.
