A meeting between President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky and U.S. Special Representative for Ukraine and Russia Keith Kellogg has begun in Kyiv.
This was reported by an Ukrinform correspondent.
Serhiy Nykyforov, the president’s press secretary, told reporters that at the request of the American side, “there will be no statements, questions or answers.”
When asked about the President’s mood before the meeting, Nykyforov replied: “The mood is combative.”

As Ukrinform reported, Kellogg arrived in Kyiv on the morning of February 19.
