Russian aircraft and artillery shelled Kostiantynivka in the Donetsk region, killing four civilians.
Vadym Filashkin, the head of the Donetsk Regional Military Administration, wrote this on Facebook, Ukrinform reports.
“The city was subjected to four air strikes and cannon artillery attacks. Two men and two women were killed,” the regional head wrote.
In addition, seven private houses, four multi-storey buildings, a dormitory, an infrastructure facility, two enterprises, three power lines, a gas pipeline, seven garages and three vehicles were damaged.

Filashkin again urged civilians to evacuate.

“Recently, Russians have been particularly active in Kostiantynivka. It is dangerous to remain there, as well as in the rest of the region! The evacuation saves lives!” the regional governor stressed.
As reported, the Russian invaders killed three and wounded ten more residents in the Donetsk region on February 19.
