Man killed in Russian shelling of Kherson suburb

A 69-year-old man was killed in Russia’s shelling of Antonivka, a suburb of Kherson, on February 17.

Oleksandr Prokudin, the head of the Kherson Regional Military Administration, said this in a post on Telegram, Ukrinform reports.

“It became known about the death of a resident of Antonivka as a result of enemy shelling on February 17,” the report says.

It is noted that as a result of another enemy strike, a 69-year-old man sustained fatal injuries. Prokudin expressed his condolences to the family and friends of the victim.

As Ukrinform reported, as a result of Russian aggression, two people were killed and two others were injured in the Kherson region on February 20.
