Railroad worker killed in Kyiv region due to drone attack

In the Boryspil district of Kyiv region, a railway crossing guard was killed in a drone attack. A warehouse is on fire in the area, a high-rise building and an educational institution are damaged.

According to Ukrinform, this was reported by the Kyiv Regional Military Administration in Telegram and the press service of Ukrzaliznytsia.

“A 60-year-old man was killed at a railway crossing in Boryspil district as a result of an enemy UAV attack. He died before the arrival of medics,” the RMA said in a statement.

Also, as a result of an enemy attack, a warehouse is on fire in the area, and firefighting continues.

The windows of a residential building and an educational institution located nearby were damaged.

“As a result of the UAV crash, our relocation duty officer in the Boryspil district was killed at his workplace,” Ukrzaliznytsia said.

Train traffic on the section is allowed at a reduced speed. Trains are running on schedule.

As reported by Ukrinform, the wreckage of a Russian drone fell in the Solomiansky district of Kyiv. A fire broke out on the territory of a private building, and there is destruction.
