Russian troops strike at Dniprovsky district of Kherson, there are victims

In the evening, Russian troops shelled the Dniprovsky district of Kherson with artillery, injuring three people.

According to Ukrinform, the Kherson Regional Military Administration reported this on Facebook.

The shelling took place around 18:15 on Monday. People who were outside at the time of the attack were injured: A 54-year-old man and two women aged 31 and 43.

The victims sustained blast injuries and shrapnel wounds. All three were taken to the hospital.

The head of the Kherson Regional Military Administration, Oleksandr Prokudin, informed on Facebook that a 15-year-old girl was also injured in the Dnipro district of the city as a result of the Russian attack. An ambulance team took her to the hospital.

The child was diagnosed with mine-blast trauma, contusion and superficial head wounds.

Roman Mrochko, the head of the Kherson City Military Administration, later reported on Facebook about two more victims – women aged 71 and 48.

The 71-year-old victim was diagnosed with a mine-blast injury, and is undergoing further examination.

The 48-year-old citizen was indoors at the time of the attack. She sustained explosive and closed head injuries, contusion and shrapnel wounds.

According to Mrochko, both women were hospitalized.

As Ukrinform reported earlier, the Russian army attacked Kherson region 42 times during the day using drones and artillery, causing destruction.
