Drones attack seaport in southern Russia – media

On the night of February 25-26, a group of drones attacked a seaport in Tuapse, Russia’s Krasnodar region.

That’s according to Radio Liberty, Ukrinform reports.

Governor of the Krasnodar region Veniamin Kondratiev said that private houses in Tuapse and Temryuk district were damaged as a result of the drone attack, but there were no casualties.

At the same time, local residents report an attack on the Tuapse seaport and share videos of explosions on social media.

Russian Telegram channels also reported explosions in the sky over Anapa, where air defense forces were likely activated.

The “Carpet” plan was put in place at the Sochi airport, which means the suspension of air operations.

The “authorities” of temporarily occupied Crimea also reported an attempted UAV attack.

Meanwhile, the Russian Ministry of Defense reported the alleged destruction of 128 drones over Russia, including 83 shot down over the Krasnodar region.

As reported by Ukrinform, on the night of February 17, drones attacked an oil refinery in Russia’s Krasnodar region.
