A total of 98 combat engagements occurred along the front lines over the past 24 hours.
Andrii Kovalov, Spokesperson for the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, reported this during a TV broadcast, according to Ukrinform.
The enemy launched 92 airstrikes on the Ukrainian positions and populated areas, dropping 128 glide bombs. Additionally, they carried out 5,672 shelling attacks, including 108 from multiple rocket launchers, and used 3,439 kamikaze drones.
The aggressor conducted airstrikes in the areas of Halahanivka in Chernihiv region, Hlukhiv in Sumy region, Zolochiv, Udy, Yemtsi, Monachynivka in Kharkiv region, Kramatorsk, Kostiantynivka, Sloviansk, Toretsk, Lysivka, Pokrovsk, Novopavlivka, Novopil in Donetsk region, Huliaipole, Stepove in Zaporizhzhia region, and Novotiahynka in Kherson region.
In the Kharkiv sector, the Ukrainian forces repelled six enemy attacks near Vovchansk and Dvorichna.
In the Kupiansk sector, the Russian forces launched five attacks near Petropavlivka and Zahryzove, all of which failed.
In the Lyman sector, the enemy launched nine attacks near Nadiya, Novoliubivka, Zelena Dolyna, Torske, and Yampolivka.
In the Siversk sector, the Russian invaders carried out seven offensive actions in the directions of Bilohorivka, Ivano-Dariivka, and Verkhniokamianske.
In the Kramatorsk sector, the Russian forces attacked once near Chasiv Yar.
In the Toretsk sector, the Ukrainian forces repelled seven attacks near Toretsk and Krymske.
On the Pokrovsk front, the Ukrainian defenders stopped 25 enemy attacks in the areas of Promin, Tarasivka, Kotlyne, Pishchane, Nadiivka, Preobrazhenka, and Andriivka.
In the Novopavlivka sector, the Ukrainian forces repelled 11 attacks near Kostiantynopil, Novoocheretuvate, and Burlatske.
In the Orikhiv sector, the Ukrainian troops halted five enemy attempts to advance in the areas of Mali Shcherbaky, Kamianske, and towards Novoandriivka.
Once, the enemy unsuccessfully attacked the Ukrainian positions in the Prydniprovske sector.
In the Huliaipole sector, the enemy did not launch any offensive actions over the past day.
The Ukrainian forces continue operations in Russia’s Kursk region. Over the past 24 hours, the Russian forces launched 16 airstrikes, dropped 26 glide bombs, and carried out 469 artillery shellings.The Ukrainian troops repelled 16 Russian assaults.
No signs of enemy offensive group formations were detected in the Volyn and Polissia sectors of the front.
Over the past 24 hours, Ukrainian aviation, missile forces, and artillery hit 17 clusters of enemy personnel and equipment, two command posts, an artillery unit, a munitions depot, and two electronic warfare/radar systems.
As reported by Ukrinform, by February 26, 2025, total Russian military losses in Ukraine since the full-scale invasion began on February 24, 2022 have reached approximately 870,700 personnel, with 1,170 eliminated in the past 24 hours.
