Deputy Head of the Office of the President Pavlo Palisa expressed support for President Volodymyr Zelensky and emphasized that Ukraine is not asking for sympathy, but is ready to be a partner.
According to Ukrinform, Palisa posted this on Facebook.
“Three years ago, these days, almost no one believed in us. They thought that Kyiv would fall in three days, that Ukraine would not survive. We took our backpacks and weapons in our hands and survived. Three years ago, we were in a difficult situation. But we destroyed one of the biggest myths of the modern world – the myth of the “second army of the world. And we became who we are by proving it on the battlefield. We proved it with blood,” he said.
The deputy head of the OP also emphasized that “today we continue this struggle, realizing that we must rely primarily on our own strength.”
“Freedom for us is not just words. This is each of my soldiers who died defending the opportunity to be free. We know what we are fighting for and we are ready to go to the end,” said Palisa.
He also emphasized, “We are not asking for sympathy. We are ready to be partners. Ukraine is a force that knows its worth.”
Palisa expressed support for the President and added that the fight continues.
As Ukrinform reported earlier, the head of the Presidential Office, Andriy Yermak, said that President Volodymyr Zelensky is fighting for our country, for everyone who defends a just and lasting peace.
