On Saturday, March 1, power supply restrictions will be introduced for industry and businesses across Ukraine.
That’s according to Ukrenergo, the operator of the national power system, Ukrinform reports.
“Due to the difficult situation in the power grid, on March 1, power restrictions will be applied for industry and businesses,” the statement says
The restrictions will be in place from 14:00 to 20:00.
The reason is the consequences of Russian attacks on energy facilities.
Blackouts for household consumers is not foreseen at the moment, but the situation in the power grid may change.
As Ukrinform reported earlier, emergency power outages were introduced the day before in the capital, as well as the regions of Kyiv, Dnipropetrovsk, Chernihiv, and Cherkasy.
