Child injured as Russian forces drop explosive from drone in Kherson region

Russian forces dropped an explosive from a drone on Darivka in Ukraine’s southern Kherson region, injuring an 11-year-old child.

Oleksandr Prokudin, head of the Kherson Regional Military Administration, said this in a post on Telegram, according to Ukrinform.

“As a result of the explosive being dropped from a drone, an 11-year-old child was injured. An emergency medical team transported the child to the hospital. Doctors diagnosed a traumatic brain injury, concussion, and shrapnel wounds to the face and abdomen,” Prokudin wrote.

He stated that the child’s condition is critical, and doctors are doing everything possible to save the child.
