
Russian forces shelled a residential house in the town of Beryslav, Kherson region, resulting in the tragic death of a 63-year-old woman.
That is according to the Kherson Regional Prosecutor’s Office, as reported by Ukrinform.
“According to the investigation, on March 1, 2025, the Russian forces shelled the town of Beryslav in Kherson region. As a result of the strike on a private house, a 63-year-old woman sustained injuries that were incompatible with life,” the statement reads.
It is also noted that a criminal investigation has been initiated for the war crime that resulted in a loss of life (Part 2, Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).
Earlier reports confirmed 10 casualties from Russian attacks in Kherson region throughout the day.
