Woman killed in Russian drone attack on civilian car in Kherson region

In the Beryslav district, Kherson region, Russian forces attacked a civilian vehicle with a drone, killing a 48-year-old woman and injuring a 53-year-old man.

Oleksandr Prokudin, head of the Kherson Regional Military Administration, reported the attack on Telegram, according to Ukrinform.

“At around 17:30, the occupiers launched a drone strike on a civilian car in the Beryslav district. The explosion caused severe injuries to a 48-year-old woman, who died at the scene,” Prokudin said, expressing his condolences to the victim’s family.

He added that a 53-year-old man was injured in the attack, suffering a blast injury, traumatic brain injury, and concussion. He has been hospitalized and is receiving necessary medical care.

Earlier reports said that a Russian drone strike on a minibus in Kherson injured ten people. The police continue to document Russia’s war crimes.
