
Russian forces launched over 20 attacks on Nikopol district, Dnipropetrovsk region, causing destruction.
Serhii Lysak, Head of the Dnipropetrovsk Regional Military Administration, reported this on Telegram, as cited by Ukrinform.
“Throughout the day, the enemy struck Nikopol district more than 20 times using various weapons. The majority of attacks were carried out with kamikaze drones. The aggressor also used artillery and dropped explosives from UAVs,” Lysak wrote.
According to him, the attacks damaged infrastructure, an industrial facility, an administrative building, a college, a four-story residential building, and a truck. A fire broke out, but emergency services managed to extinguish it.
Earlier, it was reported that Kryvyi Rih declared a day of mourning for those killed in the Russian missile strike on March 5.
