Canada to convene G7 foreign ministerial to discuss Ukraine

Canada will host a meeting of the Group of Seven foreign ministers, which will discuss the situation of Ukraine.

This was announced by the office of the Canadian presidency of the G7, Ukrinform reports.

“Canada is hosting a G7 Foreign Ministers meeting from March 12 to 14 in Charlevoix, Quebec. Discussions will focus on Ukraine, the situation in the Middle East, the Indo-Pacific, the Americas, and Africa,” the report says.

It should be recalled that earlier, Canadian Foreign Minister Melanie Joly said Ukraine would remain among Canada’s priorities during its G7 presidency this year.
