The General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine said this in a war update as of 08:00 on Monday, March 10, Ukrinform reports.
Yesterday, Russian forces launched 91 airstrikes on Ukrainian positions and settlements, dropping 148 guided bombs. Additionally, the enemy carried out nearly 6,700 shelling attacks, including 186 strikes from multiple rocket launch systems (MLRS), and deployed 2,576 kamikaze drones.
The Russian army conducted airstrikes in Borova, Kozacha Lopan, Prudianка, Slatyne, and Vovchanski Khutory in the Kharkiv region; Zoria, Poltavka, Pokrovsk, Zvirove, Nadiivka, Odradne, and Shevchenko in the Donetsk region; and Huliaipole, Novoandriivka, Stepove, and Kamianske in the Zaporizhzhia region.
Over the past 24 hours, Ukrainian aviation, missile forces, and artillery struck 28 enemy troop and equipment concentration points, seven artillery systems, a command post, an ammunition depot, and an electronic warfare/radar station.
In the Kharkiv sector, Ukrainian forces repelled six enemy attacks near Vovchansk.
In the Kupiansk sector, four Russian assaults were thwarted near Lozova, Petropavlivka, and Zahryzove.
In the Lyman sector, 11 Russian attacks aimed at advancing near Balka Zhuravka, Novolubivka, Myrne, Ivanivka, and Yampolivka.
In the Siversk sector, Ukrainian troops repelled 20 enemy assaults in the areas of Bilohorivka, Verkhniokamianske, and toward Serebrianka.
In the Kramatorsk sector, Russian forces attempted attacks near Chasiv Yar, Hryhorivka, and in the direction of Stupochky and Bila Hora.
In the Toretsk sector, 18 Russian assaults were recorded near Toretsk, Druzhba, and Dachne.
In the Pokrovsk sector, Ukrainian defenders repelled 35 Russian assaults near Yelyzavetivka, Promin, Dachenske, Kotlyne, Nadiivka, Preobrazhenka, Andriivka, and Ulakly.
In the Novopavlivka sector, Russian forces attempted five breakthroughs near Skudne, Burlatske, and Kostiantynopil.
In the Huliaipole sector, nine Russian assaults were repelled near Novopil and Pryvilne.
In the Orikhiv sector, four enemy attacks were stopped near Stepove, Nesterianka, and Shcherbaky.
In Russia’s Kursk region, Ukrainian forces repelled 27 Russian attacks, while the enemy carried out 29 airstrikes using 35 guided bombs and 422 artillery strikes, including 17 from MLRS.
In the Dnipro River sector, no enemy assault operations were recorded.
In the Volyn and Polissia sectors, no signs of Russian offensive group formations were detected.
