
President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky has approved the composition of the delegation for interaction with Ukraine’s international partners to ensure the negotiation process for achieving a just peace.
As reported by Ukrinform, this is stated in Decree No. 14/2025-rp, published on the President’s official website.
“To establish the Ukrainian delegation for interaction with international partners to ensure the negotiation process for achieving a just peace,” the document states.
According to the decree, the head of the delegation is the Head of the Office of the President of Ukraine, Andrii Yermak.
The delegation also includes Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine Andrii Sybiha, Minister of Defense Rustem Umerov, Deputy Head of the Office of the President Pavlo Palisa.
As previously reported by Ukrinform, during negotiations with national security advisers and diplomatic advisers from Northern European and Baltic countries, Yermak emphasized that security guarantees for Ukraine must precede any peace talks and that European countries must be actively involved in the peace process.
