
Russian troops shelled Kupiansk and one of the communities in the Kupiansk district, Kharkiv region, leaving four people injured.
That’s according to the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration, Ukrinform reports.
“At about 15:40, Russian troops hit Kupiansk. As a result of the shelling, a residential building was destroyed. The type of weapons the enemy used is being verified. According to tentative data, there are no casualties,” the report says.
It is noted that the invaders also hit the town using a guided aerial bomb. As a result of the explosion, a 56-year-old man was injured.
In addition, Russian troops shelled the village of Velyka Shapkivka in the Kindrashivska community of the Kupiansk district. Three people were injured in the attack.
As Ukrinform reported earlier, in the Kharkiv region the day before, the Russian army shelled the Izium, Kupiansk, and Bohodukhiv districts. One person was killed, four were wounded, and destruction was inflicted.
