During his working visit to India, Ukraine’s Minister of Foreign Affairs Andrii Sybiha met with Swedish counterpart Maria Malmer Stenergard and NATO Parliamentary Assembly President Marcos Perestrello. The parties discussed diplomatic efforts to advance peace.

Sybiha noted that during his conversation with Perestrello, he informed him about Ukraine’s diplomatic efforts to advance peace following the meeting in Jeddah and emphasized the importance of parliamentary diplomacy.

Additionally, during his meeting with Maria Malmer Stenergard in New Delhi, Sybiha discussed the diplomatic dynamics after the Jeddah meeting and steps to strengthen Ukraine, such as tightening sanctions against Russia and making full use of its frozen assets.
As reported by Ukrinform, Ukraine’s Foreign Minister Andrii Sybiha is on a working visit to India from March 17 to 19.
