In Vovchansk, man feeding dogs wounded in Russian drone attack

In Vovchansk, Kharkiv region, a man who goes to the city to feed his dogs was injured by a Russian FPV drone.

This was reported by the Prosecutor’s Office of the Kharkiv region in Telegram, Ukrinform reports.

“According to the investigation, on the afternoon of March 22, an enemy FPV drone fell near a 72-year-old man in Vovchansk. The victim received a shrapnel wound,” the report says.

It is noted that the man was able to get to the highway, where he was helped by concerned citizens. They took the victim to the checkpoint, where he received first aid.

The victim said that now he periodically rides his bike to Vovchansk to feed his dogs.

Under the procedural guidance of the Chuhuiv District Prosecutor’s Office of Kharkiv Region, a pre-trial investigation was launched into the commission of a war crime (Part 1 of Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine) against a person.

Despite the difficult security conditions, prosecutors, together with police investigators, are taking all appropriate measures to document war crimes committed by Russian military personnel.

As reported, on March 21, a warehouse building burned down in the Kharkiv region due to shelling of the village of Verkhnizoryanske, Kupiansk district.
