Lubinets emphasized that Russian prisoners of war in Ukraine are held in accordance with the Geneva Conventions.
“I emphasize that Ukraine demonstrates the treatment of prisoners in accordance with international humanitarian law. We expect that Russia will also hold Ukrainian prisoners of war with dignity and allow ICRC representatives to visit them!” Lubinets emphasized.
