Ukrainian Air Force strikes Russian border post command center in Belgorod region – General Staff

The Ukrainian Air Force has struck the command center of a Russian border post in the village of Glotovo in the Belgorod region.

The General Staff of the Ukrainian Armed Forces announced this on Facebook, according to Ukrinform.

“Despite the Russian units implementing enhanced camouflage measures, Ukrainian pilots eliminated the enemy facility. The strike destroyed communication systems and other technical equipment,” the post said.

According to the General Staff, the attack took place on March 21.

Military officials said the destruction of this facility significantly weakened the Russian army’s ability to conduct combat operations against Ukrainian forces in the Sumy and Kharkiv regions.

On March 18, the Ukrainian Air Force targeted the command post of the 3rd Motor Rifle Division of Russia’s 20th Guards Army near the village of Demidovka, Belgorod region.
