Two civilians injured as Russians attack Kherson region

A woman and a man were injured as a result of Russian shelling of Inhulets and Komyshany in Kherson region.

The press service of the Kherson Regional Military Administration (RMA) reported this on Telegram, according to Ukrinform.

“Russian forces shelled Inhulets with artillery. As a result of the strike, a 76-year-old woman was injured. She sustained blast and craniocerebral trauma, a concussion, and a head contusion,” the statement reads.

The RMA informed that a paramedic team transported the woman to the hospital for medical assistance.

“At around 15:00, Russian forces opened fire on Komyshany. During the shelling, a 52-year-old man suffered blast and craniocerebral trauma, a concussion, and shrapnel wounds to the abdomen. The victim is currently in the hospital, with doctors assessing his condition as serious,” the RMA stated on Telegram.

As reported by Ukrinform, on Sunday around 10:00, Russian invaders struck Dniprovskyi district of Kherson injuring two people.
