Russian forces attempt to regain lost positions near Nadiia in Lyman sector – Ukrainian military

“In the Kharkiv sector, the enemy advanced on Vovchansk, but no Ukrainian positions were lost. The aggressor’s main efforts were focused on maintaining the combat capability of forward units, replenishing personnel, and evacuating the wounded,” Trehubov said.

He added that in the Kupiansk sector, the enemy attempted to advance near Zahryzove but was stopped by Ukrainian defenders. Ukrainian forces are disrupting the enemy’s movements and preventing them from consolidating their positions.

“In the Lyman sector, the enemy attempted to restore lost positions near Nadiia. Their efforts to advance in the Serebrianske Forest also proved unsuccessful. Additionally, the enemy’s attacks near Zelena Dolyna, Nove, and Yampolivka were repelled. No Ukrainian positions were lost,” Trehubov said.

He also added that in the Siversk sector, Ukrainian defense units held their positions near Hryhorivka, Ivanodarivka, and Verkhniokamianske, where the enemy failed to make any progress.

In the Kramatorsk and Toretsk sectors, assault actions of varying intensity took place near Minkivka, Chasiv Yar, Dyliivka, Shcherbynivka, and Toretsk. All enemy attacks using motorized equipment were successfully repelled, and no positions were lost, Trehubov said.

“In the Pokrovsk sector, the Russian army conducted offensive actions near Yelyzavetivka, Sukhyi Yar, Kotliarivka, Novooleksandrivka, Bohdanivka, and Oleksiivka. The enemy suffered losses and failed to achieve their objectives. Their attacks near Hlytsivka, Vidrodzhene, Kotlene, Novoserhiivka, Andriivka, and Ulakly also proved futile,” Trehubov said. “For an attempt to move to the Novoielyzavetivka and Nadiivka areas, the enemy used eight vehicles, six of which were destroyed by our defenders. Another vehicle was destroyed near Novotroitske and Novooleksandrivka. The enemy also tried to move personnel using two vehicles to the areas of Novovasylivka and Uspenivka, but these were destroyed before reaching our defensive positions.”

Trehubov also mentioned the Novopavlivka sector, where the enemy attempted to breach Ukrainian defenses near Kostiantynopil and Rozlyv. The enemy used motorized equipment for their assault. After being hit by defensive fire, two enemy motorcycles returned to their starting positions. All attacks were successfully repelled, he said.
