Ukraine repels three enemy assaults near Vovchansk

The situation in Kharkiv region has undergone no significant changes and remains complicated. Over the past day, the Defense Forces have repelled three enemy attempts to break through Ukraine’s lines in the Vovchansk area.

That’s according to the press service of the Kharkiv Grouping Command, Ukrinform reports.

“The situation has not undergone significant changes and remains complicated. Over the past day, Russian invaders launched two air strikes involving four KAB glide bombs, deployed 66 kamikaze drones, and also carried out 693 artillery strikes on the positions of Ukraine’s defenders. Three enemy attempts to break through our defensive lines in the Vovchansk area have been repelled,” the report says.

As noted, over the past 24 hours, the Defense Forces have eliminated 56 occupiers, destroyed 63 units of military equipment, 86 dugouts, and two ammunition depots.

As Ukrinform reported earlier, Russia’s war casualty toll in Ukraine has reached an estimated 905,940, including 1,180 killed or wounded in action in past 24 hours.
