The position of European leaders on the possible deployment of a military contingent in Ukraine is not yet clear enough.

President Volodymyr Zelensky said this during a press conference following the meeting of leaders on support for Ukraine and security in Europe, which took place in Paris, an Ukrinform correspondent reports.

“The European position on the contingent is unclear – a fact. Because there is no infrastructure yet,” Zelensky explained.

According to him, with each such meeting, the European position on the contingent will become “stronger and clearer.”

As reported, according to Zelensky, the task of the military contingent is not only to ensure security, but also to implement comprehensive measures aimed at strengthening Ukraine’s defense capabilities.
