Negotiations with Kremlin leader Vladimir Putin resemble ping-pong, so Ukraine would agree to talk to someone who can represent Russia, including business representatives.

This was stated by President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky at a briefing, an Ukrinform correspondent reports.

“It’s like ping pong – what Putin says. It is not always possible to get an answer. I think that in principle we would agree to talk not with him, but with someone who would represent Russia. Russia has businesses, they have many regions, including some serious business areas. I think we would communicate with them if they have a vision to end the war, if they are ready to go against the fact that Putin does not want to end (the war),” Zelensky said.

According to the Head of State, in his opinion, there is opposition to Putin in Russia.

“I think maybe they won’t be afraid if Europe, America, Ukraine are ready to talk to the opposition,” Zelensky emphasized.

As Ukrinform reported, the United States and Ukraine have agreed to ensure safe navigation, prevent the use of force, and prevent the use of commercial vessels for military purposes in the Black Sea.

At the same time, the Kremlin said that the agreement on the safety of navigation in the Black Sea would come into force after some of the restrictions against Russia are lifted.
