
Ukraine’s Foreign Minister Andrii Sybiha, commenting on Russia’s attack on Dnipro, stated that it was Putin’s response to the United States’ proposals for a ceasefire.
According to Ukrinform, Sybiha wrote about this on social media platform X.
“Residential areas are once again being attacked. This is Putin’s response to U.S. ceasefire proposals: more war crimes and attacks on civilians,” Sybiha emphasized.
He also noted that the drone attack killed four people and injured more than two dozen others, including a pregnant woman.
As previously reported, late on March 28, during an attack by Russian strike drones, explosions were reported in Dnipro. According to Serhii Lysak, Head of the Dnipropetrovsk Regional Military Administration a large fire broke out in a restaurant complex; flames also engulfed an apartment building and private homes
The attack killed four people and injured 21. The city suffered significant destruction and large-scale fires.
