
Since Sunday night, Ukraine’s Defense Forces of Ukraine have intercepted 57 Russian drones, while 45 UAVs disappeared from radar, causing no damage on the ground.
That’s according to the Ukrainian Air Force, Ukrinform reports.
From 20:00 on Sunday, March 30, Russian invaders attacked Ukraine with two Iskander-M ballistic missiles launched from Kursk region, 131 Shahed attack UAVs and decoy drones of various types launched from Millerovo, Kursk, Bryansk, Orel, and Primorsko-Akhtarsk.
The air raid was repelled by anti-aircraft missile troops, electronic warfare units, and mobile fire groups.
As of 09:00 on Monday, March 31, a total of 57 drones have been shot down in Ukraine’s northern, eastern, and central parts.
Another 45 enemy drones that acted as decoys have disappeared from radar, causing no damage on the ground.
The attack affected the regions of Sumy, Donetsk, Kharkiv, Kyiv, and Zhytomyr regions.
As Ukrinform reported, Last night, 49 Russian drones were detected in the airspace over Kyiv and on the capital’s outskirts. Eleven of them were destroyed by air defense forces, and 30 left the airspace. The rest disappeared from radar.
