Zelensky pays tribute to fallen in Bucha

On the third anniversary of the liberation of Bucha from the Russian invaders, President Volodymyr Zelensky honored the memory of the victims.

He announced this in Telegram, Ukrinform reports.

“Three years ago, our soldiers liberated Bucha from the Russian invaders. And the world saw what the Russian occupation is. Killed people on the streets. Tortured people. Graves in the yards of ordinary houses. Since then, no one in the world can say that they do not know what Ukraine is defending. Ukraine is fighting for life for its people. For no one to ever do what the Russian occupiers did on our land,” the Head of State emphasized.

Together with First Lady Olena Zelenska, the President laid a lamp at the Wall of Memory in Bucha.

“Eternal memory to all those whose lives were taken by the Russian war! Eternal gratitude to all our people who defend Ukraine!” the Head of State said.
