
Russian forces shelled 38 settlements in the Kherson region over the past day, resulting in one fatality and nine injuries.
Oleksandr Prokudin, head of the Kherson Regional Military Administration, shared the details on Telegram, as reported by Ukrinform.
The affected areas include Beryslav, Novoberyslav, Mykilske, Bilozerka, Sofiyivka, Shyroka Balka, Stanislav, Zolota Balka, Novooleksandrivka, Dudchany, Tiahynka, Burhunka, Lvove, Virivka, Mykolaivka, Chornobaivka, Antonivka, Prydniprovske, Sadove, Nadezhdivka, Komyshany, Romashkove, Blahovishchenske, Oleksandrivka, Vesele, Dniprovske, Zmiivka, Kachkarivka, Kizomys, Kozatske, Mykhailivka, Monastyrske, Naddniprianske, Osokorivka, Poniativka, Tokarivka, Shliakhove, and the city of Kherson.
Critical infrastructure and residential areas were targeted, with two high-rise buildings and ten private houses sustaining damage. Private vehicles were also targeted and damaged, Prokudin noted.
The regional governor confirmed that one person was killed and nine others were injured due to the attacks.
As previously reported, a Russian drone strike in the Dniprovskyi district of Kherson injured a woman, who was subsequently hospitalized.
