
Russian forces attacked a parking lot in downtown Kherson using an unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV). One car was destroyed by fire, several others were damaged, and two civilians were injured.
According to Ukrinform, this was reported on Facebook by Head of the Kherson Regional Military Administration Oleksandr Prokudin.
“At around 13:00, Russian forces attacked downtown Kherson with a UAV,” the statement reads.
As reported, the enemy struck a parking lot, causing one vehicle to burn and several others to be damaged.
Currently, it is known that two men, aged 52 and 60, were injured. They are being treated in the hospital and are receiving all necessary medical care.
As previously reported by Ukrinform, the number of injured in Kherson has increased in recent days — a 41-year-old man was injured on April 27 as a result of a Russian airstrike, and a 67-year-old woman was wounded during an artillery shelling of the overnight May 1.
