In the Kursk region, operators of the 413th Reid Battalion as part of the consolidated detachment of the Dzhmil UAV of the Unmanned Systems Forces hit the Zaslon wheeled radar at a considerable distance from the state border.
According to Ukrinform, the Unmanned Systems Forces reported this in Telegram.
“This is a rare modification of the ship’s radar system, which is installed on the latest Russian corvettes. It is capable of detecting targets at a distance of up to 300 km, providing targeting to anti-aircraft missiles and controlling air defense and artillery fire. The cost of one Zaslon ship, as reported by the Russian media, was about USD 46 million in 2019,” the report says.
