In Kharkiv, the head of the Territorial center for recruitment and social support (TCR and SS) and his deputy have been suspended from duty for the duration of the investigation into the death of a man who jumped out of a window on May 12.
This was reported by the “East” operational command on Facebook, Ukrinform reports.
“The commander of the troops of the operational command “East” appointed an internal investigation into the actions of the military during the tragic incident and to clarify all the circumstances that preceded it. The head of the TCR and SS and his deputy have been suspended from duty for the duration of the investigation,” the statement said.
As reported by Ukrinform, on May 12, a 39-year-old man jumped out of the third floor window of the TCR building in Kharkiv. According to police, the examination of the body revealed no signs of violent death, except for injuries sustained as a result of a fall from a height. Investigators opened criminal proceedings under Part 1 of Article 115 of the Criminal Code (premeditated murder) with the note “suicide”. The materials have been sent to the State Bureau of Investigation to check the actions of the TCR and SS employees.
The TCR and SS, in turn, reported that no unlawful actions had been committed against the citizen.
