Switzerland ready to host future peace talks – Yermak

Switzerland has confirmed its readiness to host future meetings aimed at achieving a peaceful resolution to the war.

Andriy Yermak, head of the Office of the President of Ukraine, said this in a post on Telegram, according to Ukrinform.

He said that in follow-up to the meeting and agreements between the presidents of Ukraine and Switzerland, he held talks with Gabriel Luchinger, National Security Advisor to the President of Switzerland.

“I briefed him on the meeting in Istanbul and negotiations aimed at ending the war. We also discussed the future of the dialogue for a just peace. Switzerland reaffirmed its readiness to host future meetings focused on peaceful resolution,” Yermak wrote.

He added that the President’s Office continues to work actively in this area.

Earlier, Yermak also held an online conversation with diplomatic representatives of the leaders of Nordic and Baltic states.
