
Over the past day, June 2, three people were killed and six others injured in the Kharkiv region as a result of Russian attacks.
According to Ukrinform, the head of the Kharkiv Regional State Administration, Oleh Syniehubov, posted this on Facebook.
According to him, seven settlements in the Kharkiv region were attacked by Russian forces.
Russian troops attacked the Kharkiv region with 17 unguided aerial missiles, 17 guided aerial bombs, 18 Geranium-2 UAVs, four Shahed UAVs, one UAV of unknown type, and one FPV drone.
In Kupiansk, women aged 55, 60, 61 and 62 and a 59-year-old man were injured, in the village of Kivsharivka in Kupiansk community, women aged 62 and 64 were killed, in Balakliya, a 31-year-old man was killed and a 38-year-old man was injured, noted Syniehubov.
Postal infrastructure was damaged in Kharkiv district.
In Kupiansk district, six private houses, a car and a lyceum building were damaged.
In Izium district, a private house and three businesses were damaged.
According to Syniehubov, in the Kharkiv sector, there were three clashes between the Defense Forces and Russian troops near Vovchansk and in the direction of Dovhenke.
In Kupiansk, the Defense Forces repelled seven Russian attacks in the areas of Zakhidne, Stepova Novoselivka, Pishchane, Zahryzove and Zelenyi Hai.
As reported by Ukrinform, one person was killed and another wounded in Balakliia, Kharkiv region, as a result of a massive attack by Russian attack drones on June 3.
