Two civilians killed, ten injured in Kherson region over past day

In Kherson region, two people were killed and ten others injured in the past 24 hours as a result of Russian attacks.

This was reported by Head of the Kherson Regional Military Administration, Oleksandr Prokudin on Telegram, according to Ukrinform.

“Due to Russian aggression, two people were killed and 10 others were injured,” Prokudin wrote.

According to him, throughout the past day, Russian drones, aircraft, and artillery strikes targeted the settlements of: Antonivka, Stanislav, Bilozerka, Sofiivka, Shyroka Balka, Romashkove, Oleksandrivka, Poniativka, Mykilske, Beryslav, Osokorivka, Mykolaivka, Novoraisk, Urozhayne, Novovorontsovka, Monastyrske, Tomaryne, Zolota Balka, Novooleksandrivka, Mykhailivka, Havrylivka, Sablukivka, Prydniprovske, Sadove, Komyshany, Kizomys, Molodizhne, Zelenivka, and the city of Kherson.

Russian forces targeted critical and social infrastructure as well as residential areas. As a result of the shelling, two apartment buildings and 12 private houses were damaged, along with warehouse facilities, an outbuilding, a garage, agricultural machinery, and private vehicles.

As reported, Russian forces shelled the Korabelnyi district of Kherson last night. Two apartment buildings were damaged, and a married couple was killed in the attack.
