Over 70 invaders killed or wounded as “Chimera” stabilizes Kupiansk front

Fighters from the Chimera unit, part of the Tymur Special Forces of the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ukrainian Ministry of Defense, killed more than 30 Russian invaders, wounded more than 40, and captured two in the Kupiansk direction.

According to Ukrinform, the Main Intelligence Directorate reported this on Telegram.

With the support of their brothers-in-arms from the Aratta and Siberian Battalion units, Ukrainian soldiers managed to hold a wide section of the front line and stabilize their defenses in the area.

The DIU also published a video of the key stages of the operation: the work of the command post, the assault on enemy positions, the evacuation of the wounded, the actions of UAV units, and fire support.

According to the report, “the Ukrainian ‘Chimera’ took the lives of more than 30 occupiers, 15 of whom died in small arms combat. More than 40 Russians were wounded by special forces, and two were taken prisoner. Reconnaissance troops also destroyed more than 40 enemy fortifications and engineering structures.”

As reported by Ukrinform, fighters from the Special Operations Unit Kraken of the Main Intelligence Directorate conducted specialized training for students of the Ivan Bohun Military Lyceum in Kyiv.
