
Kyiv region was subjected to a Russian missile attack overnight Tuesday, which caused casualties, left homes damaged, and resulted in several fires.
This was reported on Telegram by the chief of the regional military administration, Mykola Kalashnyk, Ukrinform reports.
“The enemy is massively attacking Kyiv region with UAVs and missiles. Peaceful settlements across the region are under attack. Unfortunately, a woman, born in 1970, was injured in the Vyshhorod district. She suffered a cut to her right shoulder and is now receiving medical assistance,” he wrote on social media in the early hours of Tuesday.
A private house was also damaged, with its windows shattered.
According to Kalashnyk, the roof of another private house caught fire in the Brovary district as a result of an enemy attack. A fire in an outbuilding on the premises of an enterprise premises was also recorded.
As Ukrinform reported earlier, the Russians launched yet another combined missile and drone attack against Ukraine overnight Tuesday, June 17.
