Russian army loses 1,040 more soldiers in Ukraine war

The total combat losses of Russian troops from February 24, 2022, to June 18, 2025, in the war against Ukraine amount to approximately 1,007,160 people, including 1,040 people over the past day.

This is stated on the Facebook page of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, Ukrinform reports.

Russian troops also lost 10,947 (+7) tanks, 22,845 (+31) armored combat vehicles, 29,265 (+37) artillery systems, 1,420 (+1) multiple launch rocket systems, 1,187 (+0) air defense systems, 416 (+0) aircraft, helicopters – 337 (+0), tactical-level UAVs – 41,165 (+184), cruise missiles – 3,369 (+23), ships/boats – 28 (+0), submarines – 1 (+0), vehicles and tankers – 52,312 (+137), special equipment – 3,916 (+0).

The data is being clarified.

As reported by Ukrinform, as of 22:00 on June 17, there were 155 combat clashes on the front line.
