Enemy attack on village in Chernihiv region: two killed, ten injured

Late on June 22, a Russian Lancet drone strike targeted the Snovsk community in the Chernihiv region, killing two people and injuring ten others, including three children.

According to Ukrinform, the head of the Chernihiv Regional Military Administration, Viacheslav Chaus, confirmed the information on Telegram.

“The Russians struck the outskirts of the village in the Snovsk community with a Lancet drone. Tragically, the attack claimed two lives. Ten others were wounded, three of them children,” Chaus stated.

He added that two of the injured remain in serious condition and are being treated at the regional hospital. The remaining victims sustained moderate injuries and are also receiving medical care.

As previously reported by Ukrinform, on June 21, Russia’s drone attack in the Nizhyn district of the Chernihiv region killed one man and caused damage to residential buildings.
