Thanks to the precise strikes of the fighters of the DIU unit “Legion ”Freedom of Russia,” one of the enemy’s key logistics areas in the Zaporizhzhia region—the road near the village of Nesterianka—has become virtually impassable for the Russian army.
According to Ukrinform, this was reported by the Main Intelligence Directorate, which also released footage of the legionnaires’ combat operations.
“The coordinated actions of the Legion and the Ukrainian Defense Forces are leading to systematic losses for the occupiers, both in manpower and equipment, and are making it impossible for the Russians to advance on this section of the front,” the report said.

According to Ukrainian military intelligence, the invaders refer to the highway as the “road of death” in their intercepts.
The Freedom of Russia Legion called on Russian soldiers to surrender or join the legion to start a new life free from the shackles of Putin’s regime. “Your deaths are just a way for the Kremlin ghouls to write off their billions in embezzlement.”
“Report the coordinates of your commanders, and they will pay for their crimes,” the DIU emphasized.
As reported by Ukrinform, on June 22, soldiers of the Kabul 9 special forces unit of the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine attacked a freight train belonging to the Russian invaders and destroyed fuel tanks intended for the enemy army in the temporarily occupied territory of the Zaporizhzhia region.
