Between 10 and 50 residents are evacuated daily from the most dangerous areas of the Kharkiv region.

This was announced on television by the head of the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration, Oleh Syniehubov, according to Ukrinform.

“On average, we evacuate between 10 and 50 people per day from the Kupiansk and Izium districts. It is extremely difficult to ensure stable utility services in Kupiansk, and on the left bank it is impossible. The enemy is deliberately shelling critical infrastructure, attacking repair crews, State Emergency Service units, and emergency medical services,” Syniehubov said.

According to his information, 6,063 people remain in the evacuation zone in the Kupiansk direction, including 1,431 in the city of Kupiansk. Another 1,621 residents need to be evacuated from the Borivsk community and 1,359 from the Shevchenkove community.

“We urge residents of frontline settlements to evacuate to safer areas. All evacuees will receive the necessary assistance at the transit point – financial, humanitarian, and non-food aid, legal advice, and, if necessary, temporary housing,” Syniehubov said.

As reported, yesterday, June 23, Russian strikes hit Kharkiv and five settlements in the Kharkiv region, injuring four people, including a child.
