War update: 154 combat clashes in 24 hrs, intense fighting in Pokrovsk sector

This was reported by the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine on Facebook, sharing operational information as of 8:00 on Thursday, June 26, according to Ukrinform.

According to updated information, Russian forces launched 79 airstrikes at Ukrainian positions and populated areas, dropping 117 guided aerial bombs. They also used 3,278 kamikaze drones and carried out 5,902 shelling attacks.

Targets of Russian airstrikes included the settlements of Vodiane, Hraniv, Okhrimivka, and Hryhorivka in Kharkiv region; Poltavka, Shakhove, Illinivka, Volodymyrivka, Popiv Yar, Novotoretske, Sukhyi Yar, Myrnohrad, Pokrovsk, Udachne, Oleksandrohhrad, and Andriivka-Klevtsove in Donetsk region; Malynivka, Olhivske, and Kamianske in Zaporizhzhia region; and Olhivka and Tavriiske in Kherson region.

In response, Ukrainian aviation, missile forces, and artillery struck 11 clusters of Russian personnel, weapons, and military equipment, as well as one artillery system and another key enemy target.

In the Northern Slobozhanshchyna and Kursk sectors, Ukrainian forces repelled 14 enemy attacks. Russian forces carried out eight airstrikes using 20 guided bombs and 263 shelling attacks, including seven from multiple rocket launch systems.

In the Southern Slobozhanshchyna sector, the Russians launched eight attacks near Vovchansk, Vovchanski Khutory, and Lyptsi.

In the Kupiansk sector, the enemy carried out four attacks, which were stopped in the areas of Holubivka, Stepova Novoselivka, Nova Kruhliakivka, and Zelenyi Hai.

In the Lyman sector, Russian forces launched 17 attacks, attempting to break through near Hrekivka, Kopanky, Nadiia, Ridkodub, Kolodiazi, Zelena Dolyna, and Torske.

In the Siversk sector, the Ukrainian defenders repelled four enemy assaults near Verkhniokamianske and Hryhorivka.

In the Kramatorsk sector, eight combat engagements were recorded, with Russian forces trying to advance toward Stupochky and Bila Hora.

In the Toretsk sector, Russian troops launched 16 attacks near Toretsk and Nelypivka, pushing toward Oleksandro-Kalynove and Yablunivka.

In the Pokrovsk sector, Ukrainian forces stopped 51 enemy assaults near Poltavka, Myrne, Koptieve, Myroliubivka, Lysivka, Zvirove, Udachne, Novoserhiivka, Novomykolaivka, Orikhove, and Oleksiivka.

In the Novopavlivka sector, Russian troops conducted 20 attacks near Zaporizhzhia, Vilne Pole, Perebudova, and Shevchenko.

In the Huliaipole sector, the invaders attempted a single attack near Malynivka.

In the Orikhiv sector, Russian forces attempted to advance toward Novoandriivka.

In the Prydniprovske sector, the Russians made two unsuccessful attempts to advance.

In the Volyn and Polissia sectors, no signs of enemy offensive group formations were detected.

As reported by Ukrinform, the total combat losses of Russian troops in manpower from February 24, 2022, to June 26, 2025, reached about 1,015,750 people, including 1,100 invaders eliminated in the last 24 hours.
