Russian forces attack Dnipropetrovsk region, civilian casualties reported

Throughout the day on Tuesday, July 1, Russian forces launched a missile strike and conducted drone attacks on Kamianske, Pavlohrad, Nikopol, and Synelnykove districts in Ukraine’s Dnipropetrovsk region, resulting in casualties.

This was reported by Head of the Dnipropetrovsk Regional Military Administration Serhii Lysak on Telegram, according to Ukrinform.

In Kamianske district, a missile strike caused infrastructure and commercial property destruction. The resulting fire was extinguished by emergency services.

In Bohdanivka community of Pavlohrad district, a drone strike damaged a farm, destroying six pieces of agricultural equipment and killing 40 livestock animals.

In Malomykhailivka community of Synelnykove district, a restaurant was damaged by a Russian FPV drone.

In Nikopol, as well as in Marhanets, Pokrovske, and Myrove communities, the attacks caused damage to a five-story residential building, a private home, an agricultural enterprise, a combine harvester, a moped, and an electric power line.

As previously reported by Ukrinform, in the early hours of July 1, Russia launched two Iskander-M ballistic missiles at Huliaipole, and also struck Kamianske district with missiles, causing fires, deaths, and injuries.
