The Defense Intelligences of Ukraine (DIU) announced another successful operation that disrupted Russian logistics on the temporarily occupied territory of Zaporizhzhia region.

According to Ukrinform, DIU reported the operation on Facebook and shared related footage.

On June 26, 2025, in the temporarily occupied territory of Zaporizhzhia region, a railway track was destroyed by an explosion. This section, heavily used by Russian forces for logistics, was paralyzed for over a week.

“On July 1, 2025, the Russians restored the sleepers and rails and ran a military freight train, but another railway crash occurred — the enemy locomotive was disabled,” DIU reported.

Thus, according to intelligence sources, one of the key logistical arteries for the Russian occupying forces in Zaporizhzhia region has once again been blocked.
