
National Police officers have evacuated six elderly individuals—including people with limited mobility—from Kostiantynivka in the Donetsk region, which remains under constant Russian shelling.
According to the National Police, a 67-year-old resident contacted authorities requesting evacuation for herself and her 84-year-old mother-in-law, who required medical support. They were relocated to the Kyiv region, with assistance from the humanitarian mission Proliska.
Another family, including an 80-year-old man, was evacuated with the support of medical personnel and has since moved to the Odesa region.

In a separate case, police helped a 76-year-old woman—identified by neighbors—evacuate to the Kyiv region.
As previously reported, the White Angel police evacuation unit also evacuated six more people from Lyman, Novoselivka, and Rubtsi—including a seriously ill man and a 12-year-old girl—bringing them to safer locations.
