The Energia plant in Yelets, Russia’s Lipetsk region—known for producing batteries for missile guidance and correction systems—was attacked.

Andriy Kovalenko, head of the Center for Countering Disinformation at Ukraine’s National Security and Defense Council, wrote this in a post on Telegram.

He stated that the facility manufactures batteries for Iskander missile systems and various cruise missiles.
