
On July 4, Russian forces killed two civilians in the Donetsk region and wounded four others.
Vadym Filashkin, head of the Donetsk Regional Military Administration, announced this on Telegram, according to Ukrinform.
“On July 4, the Russians killed two residents of the Donetsk region: one in Kostiantynivka and one in Torske,” Filashkin wrote.
According to him, four more residents were injured over the past 24 hours.
In Pokrovsk, two people were wounded, and an apartment building and a vehicle were damaged. In Rodynske, an apartment building was damaged. In the Shakhove community, seven houses were damaged, including two in Zapovidne and five in Zolotyi Kolodiaz.
In Lyman, a shop and an administrative building were damaged. One person was killed in Torske. A house was destroyed in Zarichne. In Rai-Oleksandrivka (Mykolaivka community), two houses, a shop, and a gas pipeline were damaged. In Kramatorsk, two people were wounded. In Kostiantynivka, one person was killed, and two homes and two industrial buildings were damaged.
In Siversk, four houses were damaged.
Filashkin noted that over the past day, Russian forces shelled settlements in the region 23 times. As many as 348 people, including 27 children, were evacuated from frontline areas.
The reported casualty figures do not include data from Mariupol and Volnovakha.
