President Volodymyr Zelensky listened to a report by Kyrylo Budanov, head of the Main Intelligence Directorate, on Russia’s vulnerabilities.
The head of state announced this in an evening video address, according to Ukrinform.
“Today, there was a report from the head of the Main Intelligence Directorate on Russia’s vulnerabilities. We discussed the exchange process, which is ongoing—the implementation of the agreements reached at the second meeting in Turkey. We are trying to free as many of our people as possible from Russian captivity,” Zelensky emphasized.
In addition, the President heard a report from the Minister of Foreign Affairs on the meeting with all Ukrainian ambassadors, scheduled for July 21.
“We have set clear tasks for diplomats and some reform steps in the system of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs – the minister will present them. We are preparing a significant expansion of the capabilities of Ukrainian diplomacy,” the President added.
As reported, the day before, long-range drones of the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine struck the A. Shamar Ilsky Oil Refinery in the Krasnodar Territory of Russia.
